What you will do

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to development teams.
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects.
• Shape and define architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical briefs.
• Identify and resolve project blockers proactively.
• Ensure best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies are upheld.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and authorised to work without sponsorship.
• Professional experience in Python.
• Experience with AI application development and Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
• Proven experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Terraform, Helm, and cloud-native IaC.
• Deep understanding of observability practices using OpenTelemetry.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of operational concerns like GDPR, accessibility, and performance testing.
