Senior Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Senior Graphic Designer (Marketing Design): Own hirify.global’s visual output across marketing channels, taking briefs from concept to delivery with an accent on quality, on-brand consistency, and multi-channel performance. Focus on designing high-performing paid ads, creating compelling website/newsletter/organic social assets, and adapting master creatives for different platforms and European markets.

Location: Warszawa, Poland (Hybrid — available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Create an end-to-end design process for hirify.global’s marketing channels, from ideation to delivery, ensuring quality and on-brand consistency
• Design high-performing paid ads for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok with an understanding of platform constraints and performance drivers
• Create assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels using photos, video, and 3D content
• Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets while maintaining quality standards
• Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches with the Creative Director
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s visual language across digital channels

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering digital marketing and multi-channel creative work
• Solid understanding of paid and owned channel design, including ad specs, platform constraints, and what drives performance
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma
• Competent motion graphics and video editing skills
• Good written and spoken Polish and English (Polish at least C1; English at least B2)
• Available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
