What you will do

• Design and realize key project deliverables and lead engagements for clients in energy and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle and top management.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth and objective tracking.
• Contribute to business development by working on proposals and participating in commercial meetings.
• Conduct research, write professional papers, and lead internal expertise projects.
• Help clients leverage data and AI opportunities to optimize their business operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex options into conclusions.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
