What you will do

• Guide energy companies through the transition to a new energy reality, impacting their business and operating models.
• Manage diverse projects including market entry studies, operational process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a coach and mentor for consultants to ensure project delivery beyond expectations.
• Contribute to business growth through active business development and sales support.
• Advise clients on investment decision-making and vendor selection.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the utilities industry.
• Excellent Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (company cannot provide sponsorship).
• Existing professional network within relevant energy companies.
• Proven experience in managing teams and monitoring market trends.

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
