What you will do
- Research and identify target companies in Northern and Western European markets.
- Monitor public and private tenders via RFP platforms and the SAP ecosystem.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to qualify leads.
- Coordinate meetings with decision-makers and prepare customized commercial presentations.
- Support the preparation of complex proposals and RFPs.
- Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate deal progression with senior hunters.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or consulting.
- Proven track record with enterprise B2B clients and long sales cycles (6–12+ months).
- Experience with RFP analysis and proposal preparation in an outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and enterprise sales processes.
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Dutch, Norwegian, or Swedish (C1+) required.
- Must be based in Riga, Latvia.
