What you will do

• Process service requests for development tools and applications.
• Provide first-level support to users on tools and application usage.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Groovy.
• Develop AI solutions for tools and application deployment.

Requirements

• Good software debugging skills.
• Able to work in a global team.
• Programming/scripting skills in Python and Groovy (Groovy scripting is a plus).
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology (Agile is a plus).
• Familiarity with IDEs such as VS Code and PyCharm (advantage, not required).
