What you will do

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence in both Italian and English.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records and filing systems.
  • Support office operations, including vendor management and facility coordination.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and systems.
