What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering to ensure experiments are instrumented correctly before launch, then own end-to-end analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze how users discover, adopt, and engage with Design Experience features to identify value and drop-off points.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities by framing the right data questions about unmet user needs and underutilized capabilities.
• Run funnel and engagement analysis across core design features to find friction points and improvement opportunities at scale.
• Translate analytical findings into clear product direction through close stakeholder partnership.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL with expert-level skills and experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of using AI to move faster and generate insights, including consideration of agentic workflows.
• Experience with R or Python and working with large datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience in a tech company and familiarity with growth analytics concepts (e.g., product funnels, growth accounting, designing analytic events).
• Subscription data expertise is preferred (subscription-based business models and collaborative product data sets).
