What you will do

• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to measure the impact of personalisation features.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into personalisation program performance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover user behavior patterns and surface actionable insights.
• Partner with ML engineers to take models from prototype to production, focusing on feature engineering and evaluation.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to identify and model necessary data for specific use cases.
• Translate complex analytical findings into concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in applied statistics, including experimental design, regression, and classification.
• Proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped data science work.
• Experience with Snowflake is a strong plus.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into professional workflows.
