What you will do

• Support IT and CSRO Finance teams with month-end closing, full-year planning, and forecasting.
• Provide direction and oversight to the offshore financial operations team.
• Facilitate workforce planning and generate associated financial insights.
• Uplift data quality for IT spend categories, including property contracts and non-IT expenditures.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial managers and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver professional commercial solutions aligned with established guidelines.
• Experience managing conflicting priorities and competing deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in ensuring financial data accuracy and acting as a Change Management Lead.
• Competence in managing risks and implementing internal control measures.
• Must be based in New South Wales (NSW), Australia to accommodate the hybrid work model.
