What you will do
- Develop new features for all-in-one iOS and Android applications within a global mobile team.
- Optimize app performance and enhance user satisfaction for millions of daily active users.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to transform ideas into scalable, high-quality features.
- Implement AI tools to build repeatable engineering workflows and bridge across different stacks.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure efficient cooperation across different offices and time zones.
Requirements
- Experience in native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Lua).
- Proven practical experience delivering AI engineering solutions, including LLM fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agent concepts.
- Strong understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency with agile development processes, including TDD, CI, and Scrum.
- Current right to work in Hong Kong (visa sponsorship is not available).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the crypto trading or Web3 industry.
- Experience leading a project team independently.
