Salary: $114,000 – $175,000 USD (range varies by location).

What you will do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics, investigating performance across web, automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing and Data & Insights teams to translate complex SQL logic into actionable business intelligence.
  • Architect and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowflake.
  • Optimize the customer funnel by managing and manipulating key Salesforce objects including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
  • Drive process innovation by implementing reporting improvements beyond traditional dashboards.
  • Solve complex data challenges with limited information to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA or San Francisco, CA.
  • BS in CS, MIS, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (3+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency and extensive experience with Snowflake.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics and marketing systems like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong foundation in data modeling principles and ER diagramming.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABX platforms like 6sense or CommonRoom.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target data for personalization analysis.
  • Background in data governance and data provenance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in dashboard development using Tableau or Looker Studio.
