Community & Social Media Manager (Gamedev)

hirify.global develops multiplayer games, including V Rising, and is working on a new game.

What you will do

• Manage daily community engagement across Discord, social media, and other player-facing platforms.
• Build relationships with players, moderators, creators, influencers, and community contributors.
• Monitor player sentiment, feedback, discussions, trends, and emerging issues, then communicate relevant insights to development teams.
• Plan, create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content, announcements, campaign assets, memes, edits, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate player-facing communication for updates, launches, live events, campaigns, patch notes, and sensitive operational issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, production, customer support, and external partners on campaigns, creator initiatives, events, moderation, and escalation handling.

Requirements

• Experience with social media, online communities, or community management in games or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of gaming communities, live-service environments, and player engagement.
• Strong written English communication skills, including tone, audience engagement, marketing communication, and online community interaction.
• Basic graphic design and content editing skills, including Photoshop or similar tools.
• Ability to create lightweight visual content and adapt assets for social media platforms.
• Passion for games and community-driven multiplayer experiences, with an interest in learning V Rising and its player community.
