What you will do

• Own the end-to-end enterprise data and application roadmap from use-case identification to production rollout.
• Implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and governance.
• Manage canonical data models, ontologies, RBAC, and access frameworks.
• Integrate operational and AI systems into a unified data fabric to track performance and reliability.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, and self-service tooling.
• Contribute to the internal Palantir Center of Excellence and manage vendor engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering within fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, and experience with Git.
• Hands-on experience deploying and building in Palantir Foundry.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted products.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
