What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value clearly.
• Develop technical enablement resources to improve sales team technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation so customers can implement solutions independently.
• Identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them.

Requirements

• Based in Chile for an onsite role.
• Strong customer-facing experience working on technical problems and iterating on solutions.
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing systems.
• Proficiency in Python, including software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
