Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Function in 2-week agile sprint cycles while independently solving technical problems.
• Write high-quality code with comprehensive test coverage for both positive and negative cases.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve codebase, processes, and product features.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot to streamline workflows and improve code quality.
• Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment while applying Salesforce solutions to the legal industry.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong growth mindset toward AI-assisted development and engineering workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM and TDD methodologies.
• Active Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience developing managed packages for the Salesforce ISV Partner Program.
• AWS experience.
