Location: Must be based in or near Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid/Remote flexibility provided).

What you will do

• Execute revenue-related activities following established service guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of revenue transactions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue recording.
• Perform routine reconciliations and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain recurring revenue reports, templates, and schedules.
• Create routine reporting materials and dashboards using standard formats.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (min 3rd year) or recently graduated (within 1 year) in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Maximum 1 year of total formal work experience across any industry.
• English proficiency: B2+ required for professional communication.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Commitment to remain in the role for at least 12 months.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new financial systems and technologies.
