TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (Fully remote position)
Compensation: $24.04 per hour

What you will do
- Provide technical solutions and support to cinema operators using proprietary software.
- Remotely connect to customer systems to perform installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve hardware and network issues including tablet setups, printing, and IP conflicts.
- Consult with clients on best practices to maximize revenue and business efficiency.
- Document all investigation details and case resolutions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to management and suggest product improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA to fulfill the remote work requirement.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows, Office, and fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN).
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight PT.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Technical background or education in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Willingness to attend an in-person interview at a company location if requested.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting point-of-sale (POS) or online reservation systems.
- Prior experience in the cinema industry or cinema technology.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Relevant technical certifications.
