Salary: $192,000 – $323,000 USD (OTE range varies by location).

What you will do

• Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Conduct technical research and discovery to understand customer requirements and business value.
• Deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers with complex use cases.
• Prepare and deliver technical demos showcasing the Okta platform.
• Craft technical content to guide customers on standard methodologies and specific implementations.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP).
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns (SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• Must be able to travel 10-25% and attend in-person onboarding in the U.S.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience in web, mobile, or backend technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
