What you will do

  • Converse with AI models on complex language scenarios to test reasoning capabilities.
  • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
  • Document failure modes related to Finnish grammar, morphology, and syntax.
  • Capture reproducible error traces for model hardening.
  • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden.
  • Expertise in Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, and phonology.
  • Ability to document and explain linguistic nuances clearly.
  • Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
  • Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.

Nice to have

  • Peer-reviewed publications in linguistics.
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Experience with hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
