Mathematics Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

hirify.global runs a freelance AI training project focused on improving the reasoning capabilities of large language models.

What you will do

• Challenge language models with classroom problems and theoretical questions across algebra, calculus, number theory, linear algebra, statistics, geometry, logic, and discrete mathematics.
• Evaluate model responses for factual accuracy and logical soundness.
• Document reproducible failure modes and error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Expertise in mathematics, including pure or applied mathematics and mathematical modeling.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to show reasoning step by step.
• A master’s degree or PhD in mathematics or a closely related quantitative field is ideal.
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or mathematics research experience are relevant indicators of fit.
