What you will do

• Respond to technical events and production issues in real-time.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential system failures.
• Troubleshoot and investigate production service issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, and R&D teams to resolve incidents.
• Monitor production environments, network performance, and business transaction reports.
• Communicate directly with worldwide partners regarding system status.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 semesters (1.5 years) remaining until graduation.
• Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work 24/7 shifts.
• Knowledge of APIs and HTTP requests.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a NOC or similar position.
• Knowledge of AWS Opensearch/Elasticsearch.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with log investigation.
