What you will do

• Manage and lead 1-2 Scrum development teams consisting of software engineers and QA analysts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to estimate, refine, and plan development work.
• Monitor and report on team progress, health, and project milestones.
• Mentor team members to maintain high performance, morale, and professional growth.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational obstacles to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Must have current work authorization without need for sponsorship
• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with the primary tech stack (.NET, C#, React, SQL).

Nice to have

• Experience with web scalability patterns and challenges.
• Familiarity with US electoral politics, campaign finance, and disclosure.
