What you will do
- Manage and grow card network and APM partnerships to develop and deliver payment solutions for merchants.
- Drive expansion projects across geographies and payment methods in collaboration with the wider team.
- Negotiate operational and commercial outcomes while balancing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure partnership processes and deliverables are met; design and develop new processes to scale partnerships for growth, efficiency, and performance.
- Collaborate with partner and internal functions (relationship management, business development, risk, compliance, product, and operations).
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned partnerships and develop strategies for growth via new products, services, and market segments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payments.
- Direct experience in payment processing, acquiring, or managing payment partnerships.
- Strong payments knowledge to identify and communicate potential blockers within the payment flow.
- Experience working with card networks or PSPs for acquiring payment transactions is a strong plus.
- Ability to combine operations, project management, and relationship management skills.
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures in a globally distributed team.
