What you will do

• Research and develop new AI technologies for personalization systems.

Requirements

• PhD in CS/EE or related field, or MSc with 5+ years of applied research experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithm design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Proven track record with publications at top-tier peer-reviewed research conferences or journals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data technologies like AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, or Hive.
• Experience building and launching deep learning models for business applications.
• Background in information retrieval, recommender systems, or NLP.
• Publications at conferences such as KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, or EMNLP.
