Medicine Specialist (AI Trainer)

Location: Remote (Global)

Compensation: $8–$65 per hour

What you will do

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces in model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on topics like differential diagnosis, drug interactions, and treatment protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• Medical degree (MD, DO) or a Master’s/PhD in a health sciences field.
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, or clinical diagnostics.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and show your work.
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.
