Ukrainian Language Specialist (AI Trainer)

Location: Italy; remote workplace

Compensation: $8–$65 per hour, with the final rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models with Ukrainian language scenarios.
• Evaluate grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, pragmatics, and factual accuracy.
• Test verb conjugation, case systems, sentence structure, aspectual pairs, dialects, and formal or informal speech.
• Document reproducible model failures and error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
• Strong ability to explain linguistic reasoning clearly and show the analytical process.
• A master's or PhD in Ukrainian language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal.
• Teaching experience, peer-reviewed publications, or practical linguistic analysis experience is valued.
• Must be located in Italy.
