What you will do

• Develop and maintain production-quality features and services using clean, scalable code and standard engineering workflows.
• Act as a force multiplier by providing internal developer support and guidance on tooling, libraries, and architectural patterns.
• Automate repetitive workflows and reduce friction through the creation of scripts, templates, and improved internal tooling.
• Partner with the team to embed AI know-how into company coding tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance developer experience.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and internal platform efforts using Terraform, specifically within AWS environments.
• Advise engineering teams on identity and security framework decisions involving Okta and Auth0.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# or Python.
• Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with identity/security frameworks such as Okta or Auth0.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1).
