What you will do

• Translate English documents into the target language and deliver responses by phone or in writing.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, other healthcare professionals, and consumers/patients.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions and perform intake to generate initial reports in line with hirify.global-Medical Communications and client SOPs.
• Write adverse event and product complaint narratives and prepare custom medical inquiry responses.
• Coordinate processes for responding to quality-related complaints, including interactions with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
• Conduct medical literature evaluation for written dissemination and support miscellaneous projects (e.g., market/competitive research, sales training, field liaison).

Requirements

• Location: Home office based; ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain, and legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK
• English: C1 level is obligatory
• Spanish: mother tongue fluency is essential
• Life Sciences or healthcare degree (or equivalent) and strong clinical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong translation skills.
• Ability to assess what information must be collected for adverse event and product complaint intake.
