What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of product implementations based on unique Statements of Work.
• Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Gather and document detailed customer requirements to define effective implementation strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities by advising on best practices and assisting with proposals.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries and conduct customer training on new configurations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering large transformation programs using agile methodology.
• Dutch language proficiency is required.
• Strong technical background in requirements gathering or business analysis, ideally within the automotive or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, and API testing tools (Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML).
• Advanced Excel skills (up to macro level).
• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
