Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum

What you will do

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social content.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content.
• Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production.
• Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to set new brand benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience with advanced VFX and 3D animation.
