What you will do

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate design phases including ideation, moodboarding, and production.
• Manage and organize AIGC prompts and internal visual resource libraries to optimize efficiency.
• Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions.
• Collaborate with business development and local market teams to iterate on ad performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in design with a focus on marketing or performance creative.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation creative tools.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Experience working in tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
• Ability to work at speed in a remote environment.
