Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of company-level strategic initiatives across product, engineering, and operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into actionable roadmaps and delivery mechanisms.
• Establish and refine project governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency and accountability.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and drive structural solutions to optimize organizational velocity.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives, including coordinating cross-functional pilots and building execution models for AI-enabled delivery.
• Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering technically complex programs in fintech, trading, or global-scale tech platforms.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior executives.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Background in trading infrastructure, risk control systems, or platform architecture.
• Experience driving AI adoption in engineering, QA, or operational workflows.
• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
