What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of the conversational AI assistant for user onboarding, trading, and support.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions including compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
• Design shared AI infrastructure covering orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance.
• Ensure all AI outputs are traceable and meet strict regulatory requirements.
• Drive the systematic transformation of complex workflows into agent-driven systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product & tech with 5+ years in senior leadership owning complex products at scale.
• Proven track record shipping conversational or agentic AI products as the primary owner.
• Deep expertise in LLM architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, and safety design.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments requiring auditability and explainability.
• Executive-level communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at a global scale.
• Graduate degree in a technical field.
