Senior Designer (Retail)

Location: Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand. The role follows a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design a range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral including catalogues, ads, and packaging.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and design consistency across all projects.
• Prepare high-quality finished art and digital files for publishing and pre-press.
• Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand and elevate brand needs.
• Provide design guidance and oversight to other designers within the team.
• Manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and producing marketing collateral.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft programs.
• Strong understanding of print and digital design processes, including pre-press requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience overseeing the work of other designers.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient and positive attitude.
