Senior Art Director

Location: Must be based in Makati City, Philippines. The role follows a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Create and lead original design concepts from inception to completion.
• Direct creative efforts and set visual standards for diverse media formats.
• Master layout, typography, illustration, and photography across print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to ensure strategic business intent is met.
• Support pitch and sales efforts with high-quality visual presentations.
• Mentor and guide creative team members to elevate the quality of work.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Art Director in an agency or design studio.
• Expertise in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of information design and web topology.
• Ability to physically generate high-quality work while directing teams.
• Deep knowledge of browser and platform constraints for online design.
• Excellent communication skills to present creative solutions with clarity.
