What you will do

• Conduct security and privacy reviews for the hirify.global browser and hirify.global Search.
• Triage and fix security reports to ensure user safety.
• Collaborate with various teams to design privacy-preserving protocols.
• Design and implement new security and privacy features.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security or privacy engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C++ for both implementation and code review.
• Proven experience in penetration testing and security auditing.
• Deep understanding of the Web security model and data protection fundamentals.
• Ability to work asynchronously within a geographically distributed development team.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Chromium's architecture, specifically regarding security.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, and Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience contributing to large open-source codebases or communities.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and public-facing blog posts.
