Salary: $14–$18/hour (up to $144/day)

What you will do

• Fill in for teachers on leave due to vacation, illness, or personal matters.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning experience for children.
• Lead educational games, arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play.
• Collaborate with onsite program directors and teaching teams.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Complete required training and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a state background check and complete a TB test/physical.
• Experience in child care, teaching, or working with children ages 0-5.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, CDA credential, EDU 119, or ECE degree, or 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Patient, dependable, and committed to supporting early childhood development.
