Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, backend services, and lambdas for the product line.
• Utilize AI agents as the primary starting point for task planning and implementation.
• Rigorously review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness and production stability.
• Implement comprehensive test coverage and contribute to a healthy CI/CD process.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to own outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Contribute to overall engineering quality by raising code review standards and identifying recurring patterns.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience building web applications, backend services, or APIs.
• Proven experience utilizing AI agents as a default starting point in a professional development workflow.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and take full ownership of what ships.
• Experience working in agile, CI/CD environments.
• Must be based in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP/Laravel.
• Experience with AWS Serverless.
• Experience with Vue.js.
