TL;DR

Instructional Designer (Education/AI): Designing and localizing customer education programs for the EMEA region with an accent on AI-driven content creation and learning needs analysis. Focus on building engaging learning assets, adapting North American content for local regulations, and optimizing the Learning Management System.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) - minimum 2 days per week in office

Salary: €49,300 – €66,900 EUR

What you will do

• Conduct learning needs analyses to define strategic training programs that drive business results for customers.
• Produce a wide range of learning assets (documentation, screen recordings, simulations, exams) using AI tooling.
• Adapt and localize North American training content for EMEA markets, considering local features and regulations.
• Design tailored training plans based on customer segments and role-based personas.
• Administer and optimize the customer-facing Learning Management System (LMS) and Help sites using AI.
• Partner with local product, sales, and success teams to identify and fill regional training gaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning, and content authoring in high-growth environments.
• University degree in media, production, learning, social sciences, marketing, or business administration.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Pendo.
• Experience with LMS and Help platforms like LearnUpon, Zendesk, or Docebo.
• Experience localizing content for multiple markets, regions, or cultures.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
