What you will do

• Design campaign assets across paid digital, social, print, and event channels for a B2B events portfolio.
• Adapt global campaign frameworks for EMEA markets while maintaining visual and strategic consistency.
• Collaborate with motion designers and senior creatives to align still and animated assets.
• Manage project workloads end-to-end and present design decisions with clear rationale.
• Integrate generative AI tools into workflows to explore creative options and accelerate production.

Requirements

• Experience in integrated design across digital and print channels with a strong campaign portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design principles (layout, typography, color).
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to manage briefs independently from concept through to final delivery.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
