What you will do

  • Perform sales rebate control and operations while collaborating with the collection team for cash forecasting.
  • Manage sales accruals, including assessment, rolling forecasts, and cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Operate incentive programs with key stakeholders and monitor financial KPIs.
  • Ensure all channel control activities remain internal control compliant.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and financial improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales controlling, revenue recognition, or distribution accounting.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tibco Spotfire.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (BW, SD, or FICO modules).
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IFRS revenue recognition standards.
