What you will do

• Perform sales forecasting and support financial target setting processes.
• Conduct pricing and margin reporting and analysis.
• Monitor financial KPIs in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams.
• Ensure all sales controlling activities remain internal control compliant.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Controlling or related business processes.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in large-scale business data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or Tibco Spotfire.
• Experience with SAP (e.g., SAP BW, SAP-SD, SAP-FICO).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
