What you will do

• Execute advanced digital experience analyses including funnel drop-offs, heatmaps, and session replays.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects, delivering executive-ready insights that drive product and business decisions.
• Consult directly with enterprise clients to identify revenue leaks and UX friction points.
• Partner with UX design and technical teams to translate data findings into tangible website or app improvements.
• Integrate AI-generated insights into client workflows to accelerate data discovery and validation.
• Lead client meetings to challenge business assumptions and provide strategic recommendations based on quantitative proof.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
• 3-6 years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to mine behavioral datasets to identify revenue leaks or UX friction points.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex quantitative anomalies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel and high-touch onsite client deployments between Riyadh and Jeddah.
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience querying databases using SQL.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data pipelines or Python.
• Prior experience working with enterprise-level clients in the MENAT market.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and agile methodologies.
