What you will do

• Design and build ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Dataflow Gen2, Notebooks, and Lakehouse).
• Write optimized SQL queries and transformations for efficient data ingestion from source systems.
• Implement data quality rules, validation logic, and maintain SLA monitoring dashboards.
• Develop dimensional models and define aggregation logic aligned with analytics requirements.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and coordinate technical resolutions with IT and Engineering teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, dictionaries, and transformation lineage.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent ETL tools (e.g., Python, dbt, Talend, Informatica).
• Strong understanding of relational database design and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Power Query / M for complex data shaping and error handling.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language for data manipulation and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the mortgage or lending domain.
