What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and regional roles from job intake to onboarding.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche, senior, and business-critical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and calibrate requirements.
  • Identify and engage candidates through direct search and various sourcing channels to build strong pipelines.
  • Conduct interviews and provide structured feedback and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Perform market and salary analyses to identify trends and implement efficient recruitment approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, specifically managing complex or specialized roles.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and assessment skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Advanced English skills and strong MS Office knowledge.
