What you will do

• Lead the technical concept and system architecture for display modules, including the full optical path architecture.
• Own optical performance targets and characterization strategy for luminance, homogeneity, and chromaticity.
• Drive optical development, simulation, and validation from engineering samples to qualification readiness.
• Steer end-to-end project execution, leading cross-functional teams and managing critical task forces.
• Coordinate system integration and industrialization with electronics and mechanics teams.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers and suppliers, negotiating specifications and feasibility.

Requirements

• University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Optics.
• Solid experience in automotive display module development (TFT LCD and/or OLED).
• Expertise in backlight and optical system development, including LED selection and foil stack optimization.
• Proficiency with optical simulation tools such as LightTools, Zemax, or Speos.
• Proven experience in supplier alignment and cross-functional coordination within complex projects.
• Structured, ownership-driven leadership mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
