Location: Office in Limassol (Cyprus), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Yerevan (Armenia), or Tbilisi (Georgia)

Independent gaming studio crafting OneState, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game built in Unity.

What you will do

  • Develop and drive a unified cross-platform UX architecture and long-term UX vision.
  • Design key end-to-end player journeys, including FTUE, core/meta progression, and social interaction loops.
  • Create scalable UX guidelines, design patterns, and frameworks for product development.
  • Review UI/UX solutions from other designers to ensure consistency and logic.
  • Collaborate as a strategic partner with producers and game designers to justify and defend UX decisions.
  • Utilize UX as a business tool to influence player behavior and drive key product metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or UX Expert specifically within the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of game UX and platform-specific requirements for both PC and mobile.
  • Experience designing large-scale UX systems and complex end-to-end user flows.
  • Ability to use data and AI for prototyping and UX validation.
  • Native Russian language proficiency.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and strategic thinking.
