TL;DR
Finance Business Analyst IMEA (Finance/FP&A): Supporting financial strategy and day-to-day operations across the IMEA region through reporting, P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial guidance with an accent on variance analysis, margin optimization, pricing, and business intelligence. Focus on building Power BI dashboards, validating reporting mappings, managing SAP and cross-functional approvals, and identifying process improvements across international markets.
Location: Hybrid in 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt; regular visits to office and production facilities within the region are required.

What you will do
- Validate account and market mappings to support accurate financial reporting.
- Provide financial guidance to sales and commercial teams.
- Analyze P&L performance, variances, margins, pricing, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare BI reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, commission calculations, and operational finance processes across IMEA.
- Manage SAP and BI system updates, cross-functional approvals, and financial trend responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, including FP&A, business analysis, corporate finance, commercial finance, audit, or financial consulting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- International study or work experience.
- Ability to identify solutions that improve process effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Driver’s license and availability for regular visits to regional offices and production facilities.
