What you will do

• Develop and implement in-country procurement policies in compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor pre-qualification, due diligence, and contract management.
• Coordinate procurement plans for grants and ensure all records are fully documented and audit-ready.
• Analyze purchase requests and item forecasts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Provide technical support and training to field-based procurement staff to standardize practices.
• Supervise the procurement team, setting performance objectives and conducting regular evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or administration, with at least 3 years in an international NGO.
• Proven ability to manage complex procurement processes and ensure compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel to field sites and work extra hours during emergencies.
